The fine sounds disrespectful. But the neither two replies are disrespectful. The last one sounds a bit off. When you say "Fine" when someone is giving you an advise, warning, invitation, and so on, you're implying that you do not like it while trying to agree, which is a disrespectful reply. Like I said in one comment on a thread, I'm studying human psychology.
So ... we uses "fine" as agreeing but didn´t accepting (or accepting but without taking it serious) ... That´s why the person who we talk to know we didn´t accept his explanation ... so he feels insulted.
Ok is a neutral word because the others don´t know what we really means using that ... because Ok can mean agreeing with everything or something whole different...
... Is that good what I thinks ?
So ... that dialog what Knight Striker wrote:
Mr. Smith: Come to my house at 8pm for Dinner
Mr. Dccunha: Fine
That means Mr. Dccunha accepting inviting but don´t want to go ... so much ?
Yes, something like that. But that "Fine" is more towards the "disrespecting" barrier. You see, when you say "Fine" to an invitation sans any other prefixes or suffixes like "it's" or ", thank you", it may sound kind of disrespectful. Saying "Fine" without punctuation would mean the person accepts the invite but with a bit of grudge.
You're trying to earn kudos so badly? Taking advantage of our generosity, aren't you? :) Let me reconsider you: Not just kudos are required for you to become an admin. You also need to contribute a lot and get certain badges too.
My kudos, my rules. Contributing and suggesting are two different things. And I surely will not tolerated anyone who wants kudos so badly, he'd just get kudos and not contribute to the wiki. I'd prefer someone who has around 3-5 kudos, but did a lot of contributing. Those are the people who truly to deserve to be an admin. What good does 100 kudos bring you? Nothing but only states your helpful, what about an editing-crazed contributor? Admins are people who help the wiki AND contribute to the wiki. Take Emmy for example.
First of all Dino, You know I want kudos just because it will show people people that I am helpful, morover, I am trying to earn badges without cheating. and If you don't want to give me a Kudos, Dont Give, Because I know that you hate me alot. I am trying to contribute to the fullest and yet you don't consider me Deserving because I've not yet showed you my true colors. Talking about emmy, I will be Happy if she turns to be an admin just because she is calm and not rude, she is understanding as well same counts as to Abs, He is anyday the best admin, then is Vesther and Then it is you. That is why I don;t tell you any Trivia about anything, I prefer Abs, Vesther or emmy because they give me a Kudos pt as soon as I help. Morover you would never ever be happy If I turn to be the Admin.
Let me tell you this straight: The kudos don't always come to you. When we know you're trying to take advantage of our generosity, we'll not give you that easilly anymore. Get me? Or not? It's not I don't WANT to give you kudos. I don't want to give because you WANT it, not you DESERVE it.
Let it be, Its no use arguing with you for even i would have told you the Trivia without asking for Kudos, You would have not given it to me #reason I dont deserve it.
And remember I wrote the message on Abs' wall because he would have appreciated it and given me kudos straight away but you came in the between and messed up the entire thing, next time when I am talking to anyother admin, Please For Heaven sake do not pop-up in the between unless its really required or I left the message on your wall.
Hi Abs.1998! This is TacticalMaster from the Watch Dogs wiki. I here to discuss more about the affiliation between the two wikis.
I just want to ask a simple question: Why do you wish to affiliate our two wikis? Do you think our two wikis share a similarity? Are these two media popular? What would it accomplish to benefit our wikis? And how do they relate? If you think our wikis are suitable to be affiliated with one another, ask me why.
Hey there, TacticalMaster, glad to see you here! Well, the answer to your question is simple: Both of our wikis are gaming wikis. Both games are popular. Then, uh, some of the users of this wiki, including myself, are also fans of the upcoming open world game, and often visit the Watch Dogs Wiki. And most importantly, both are growing wikis, and advertising one another will attract a lot more users. Now that's why I think our wikis are suitable to be affiliated with one another.
So, yeah, I think it would be a great idea if your wiki and mine become affiliates.
Hi Abs. I saw the quotes you put on the upper section of the main character's pages and they're wonderful. Can I recommend something? One phrase Olivia Hall said at the end of the century trial was "Only the weak kill, because they're not brave enough to live earnestly.". What do you think? It's possible to put it in Olivia's page (since it's a really good phrase and leaves a lesson) or we can leave the other quote (who is a good quote too and it's quite funny)? The choice is yours and I'll understand and respect it. Thanks for your time.
Abs, I have another best comment you have ever seen: You wanna know who's Roman Harris? I'll tell you, in WWE the most strong tag teams currently are The Shield and The Wyatt Familly which they battle each other, the leaders of these two tag teams are: Roman Reigns and Husky Harris, combine them together and it will give you Roman Harris.
Since we will have somewhat all-new characters for Pacific Bay, do you think it's alright if I created a new category called "Characters of Grimsborough"? Because I don't want to create new categories unless you know about my proposals because I want to keep the Wiki as lean as I can, although I have to be willing to sort things out neatly at times. Questions, let me know.
Note: Alex and Dino are going to be notified of this proposal of mine so this way you, myself, Alex, and Dino are in the same page. Maybe I might want to make 511878 aware of this too if perhaps?
